Founder Steps into Advisory Role

Dr Richard Stewart, who founded RemBind based on breakthrough research developed with CSIRO, transitioned from his executive position in July 2026, moving into an advisory capacity. Reflecting on the company’s journey, Dr Stewart said: “I am proud to see the RemBind company now recognised as a world leader in PFAS remediation. Sonya Carr – General Manager

Having spent 14 years at the heart of the RemBind brand, Sonya Carr’s promotion to General Manager reflected the confidence of long-term clients and partners in her leadership. Sonya knows the science, the clients, and the high standards of customer service that have defined RemBind from the beginning.

Will Caldicott – Chief Technical Officer

Will joined RemBind with 30 years of remediation experience across the United States and internationally. As CTO, he leads the continued development and validation of RemBind’s product range, working closely with the technical team and research partners to ensure every product remains grounded in rigorous science and proven field performance.

Tamzin Glass – Business Development Manager

Tamzin drives the growth of RemBind’s consumable product range, including Well Socks, RemActiv, and several innovations in the pipeline. Her commercial expertise continues to help more clients access the right RemBind solution for their sites.

Justin Neumann – Logistics Coordinator

Justin joined RemBind to oversee the coordination of product distribution and supply chain operations, supporting the team in delivering consistent service to clients across domestic and international markets as the company continues to grow its product range.
